INTERSONIK TUNNELWASH

Tunnel type parts washer for metal and plastic parts. Used in different sectors like automotive, food, metal machining, sheet metal, plastic crates etc.
Operation Principles
The work piece enters in tunnel by means of belt conveyor
system; the positioned nozzles wash every piece of the work
piece. The work piece, while passing through the tunnel is
washed by pressurized and heated water + chemical mixture.
All oil, chip and other industrial contaminations are removed
from the surface of work piece during this washing process.
Tunnel washing machines are standardized as well as specially
tailored according to application by INTERSONİK engineering
department.

results supported by Intersonik environmental friendly chemicals.
