Sorting System from ITO Pallpack.

We are now offering a unique opportunity to acquire a sorting system from ITO Pallpack that is in virtually new condition. The system was installed in June 2022 and has been used in e-commerce for sorting small to medium-sized packages.

This solution is ideal for a growing business seeking to automate sorting processes while maintaining capacity to handle future growth.

The system is fully complete and includes:
- 12 meters of conveyor belt for package loading from packing stations/areas
- Inclined conveyor belt with a function to separate packages
- SICK optics for barcode scanning
- 10 sorting chutes with automatic pusher arms
- Compressor unit for supplying air pressure to the pusher arms
- Complete control cabinet with PLC/control system
- Despite its compact size, this system can deliver sorting performance exceeding 1,000 items per hour with high precision. It is currently configured to handle items up to approximately 6 kg, but the drive system can be upgraded to accommodate heavier weights.
