Substructure:
Stable, lightweight aluminum construction. Longitudinal and transverse supports made of aluminum. The substructure is connected to the chassis in accordance with the truck manufacturer’s guidelines. External frame with lashing eyes.

Floor:
Consisting of 18 mm thick vehicle construction panels, film-coated on the underside to prevent moisture penetration, and with a non-slip, screen-printed ribbed surface on the top. The panels are laid in flush and sealed around the perimeter.

Front wall:
Closed with corner posts extending to below the roof, filled with aluminum hollow profiles.

Side walls:
Equipped with a PentaWave sliding tarp system, which is mounted in specially shaped profiles both at the top and at the bottom. The side walls can be easily moved thanks to the roller carriages located inside. These can be easily and quickly closed using the integrated tensioning system.

Rear wall:
Open, prepared for the installation of rear doors (see special versions!).

Roof:
Fixed roof, consisting of clamped transverse beams in a 400 mm grid, with a tarpaulin above.

Impact protection:
Aluminum strips attached on both sides to guide the Penta-Wave system.

Accessories:
1 set of mudguards including splash guards
Holder for wheel chocks
Red position lights above the rear portal on the left and right as LEDs
3rd brake light in the center above the rear portal doors as an LED
Contour marking according to ECR R48, white on the sides and red on the rear, stripe width 55 mm

Load securing with KIM system
3 rows of Ancra Jungfalk with TRS locking bars KIM 5 x 7 cm (ceiling-guided) with horizontal spring telescoping rods
3 additional locking bars KIM 5 x 7 cm (without ceiling guide).
Mounting of locking bars on the additional locking bars on the right and left, made of aluminum square tube, for load securing in the longitudinal direction.

Interior lighting
1 LED light strip, in the center of the superstructure, including connection to the cab switch.

2-leaf rear door
Made of aluminum sandwich panels with internal rotary locking mechanisms. The doors have a smooth surface (ideal for lettering).

Locking bars for the row of holes in the outer frame
4 pieces per side, mounted with a flange and stop nut (more can be installed on request).

Side impact protection
Side flank protection, holder galvanized and foldable, planks anodized.

Rear view camera
Rear view camera, connected to the monitor or navigation system installed by the truck manufacturer.
