Industrial hydro-thermal treatment plant designed for efficient and uniform thermal modification of timber in a controlled oxygen-free environment.

The plant is built around a heavy-duty Ø2,600 mm × 16,000 mm stainless steel autoclave, handling approximately up to 30 m³ of timber per charge, with operating pressure up to 12 bar (abs) one charge is up to 24 hours.

Fully automated via PLC, the system enables precise control of vacuum, pressure, temperature and multi-phase process cycles. The integrated vacuum system ensures safe oxygen removal, while the thermal oil heating system provides accurate temperature management throughout the treatment process.

The complete installation includes pressure vessel, heating system, vacuum pump, circulation fan, condensate handling, trolley loading system and safety equipment. Thermal oil boiler skid and emission control equipment are included.
