PROCESS

The previously crushed or prepared product is continuously pumped into the JAEH thermobreak, where it undergoes thermal treatment for a controlled period.

Depending on the working temperature and the process used, the treatment can be configured according to the product's requirements before continuing to the next operations.

In tomato and fruit processing lines, this type of equipment can be part of Hot Break or Cold Break processes, depending on the temperatures and conditions used.
