K+G Wetter 120l vacuum cutter

We offer a K+G Wetter vacuum cutter from 2007, with a bowl capacity of 120 liters, designed for intensive use in meat and food processing plants. This is a professional machine for mixing and emulsifying meat, meat fillings, and other products requiring a uniform texture. By operating in a vacuum, the cutter minimizes air incorporation into the mixture, which is crucial for producing products where the proper texture, color, and consistency are essential. This solution is particularly useful for producing meat fillings, emulsions, pâtés, spreads, and other food products requiring precise processing.

Its compact dimensions of approximately 1750 x 1700 x 1650 mm allow for convenient placement of the machine in the production hall while maintaining high processing capacity. With a capacity of 120 l, this is a very practical model for companies seeking an efficient cutter for daily production.
