Edge sanding machine with integrated dual conveyor feed system for solid wood parts, veneered edges, and curves, featuring oscillation of the entire sanding unit.

Processing of solid and veneered edges either manually or with automatic feeding:

- On the veneer sanding side, along the two stop plates (with infeed stop including integrated extraction slots and fine adjustment according to removal scale) onto the elastic sanding pad (oscillating for uniform use of the graphite lining, including grit compensation adjustment and belt tension relief via two deflection rollers), with infeed stop extension, table size 1180 x 325 mm.

Manual processing of straight and curved solid wood parts:

- On the solid wood sanding side against the continuous, glide-backed sanding belt support, table size 1180 x 325 mm including miter fence with scale.

- On the front side with an optionally quick-mountable semicircular table (with dust extraction holes) against the rubberized belt drive roller Ø 90 mm, support radius 300 mm.
- On the drive roller, optionally with a quickly mountable auxiliary cast iron table (with dust extraction holes) 400 x 500 mm on an oscillating spindle for use of sanding drums Ø 25, 30, 40 and 45 x 100 mm for external and internal curves, with spindle safety cover.

Design:
Robust machine frame with heavy cast iron tables, sanding unit motorized height adjustment up to 120 mm and tiltable up to 45° without any table adjustments (patented construction), belt drive motor 3 kW (4 HP), 400 V/50 Hz, with motor protection switch, separate motor for belt oscillation, oscillation stroke programmable from 10 - 90 mm, control box integrated in frame, constant belt tension with length compensation, belt tracking adjustable, safety guard, dust extraction via two extraction hoods, flexible hoses and common internal pipe to 150 mm connection, recess in frame for easy transport with pallet or forklift, belt width 150 - 200 mm, belt length 2000 mm, working height 830 mm (solid sanding table) or 900 mm (veneer sanding table), net weight 750 kg, footprint 1150 x 800 mm.

Feed system:
Integrated in the frame, two parallel transport belts 50 mm wide, spaced 250 mm apart on the underside, 20 mm wide top pressure rollers, 0.55 kW (0.75 HP) motor, continuously adjustable speed 3 - 15 m/min.
