Transverse and side sealing have been inspected and overhauled. Infeed, outfeed, and transport belts are inspected and replaced if necessary.
The machine is available after inspection and repair.
Installation of the system is included in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Fully automatic flow wrapping machines for packaging products –
regardless of their length – in a complete wrap and without film overlap.
The product is fed via a conveyor belt and simultaneously inserted into a half-tube film via a forming shoulder. The product is detected by a light barrier. The feed belt can be easily adjusted to different product widths. After the product is wrapped with film, transverse sealing is carried out with a continuously heated sealing system. Longitudinal sealing is created by a continuous side sealing unit. The height of the forming shoulder and the sealing units can be adjusted manually.
The remaining strip of film is collected on a film reel.
