The machine listed here for converting continuous corrugated board belongs to the static machine series, meaning that the cross-cutting operations are performed on the upright carton. The machine is designed for high productivity. The maximum working width of the carton is 2,800 mm.

1) Main machine body (carton cutting machine):

Linear cross-cutting unit for the head-to-toe cut and the
cross-cuts on the carton.

Linear cross-creasing unit for the cross-creases on the carton.

(Supplied as a cross-creaser, cross-creaser with perforation)

2) Carton changer, 4-way cassette feed

The motor-driven carton changer with a lifting axis enables the cardboard feed into the carton feeder of the main machine body with 4 individual cassettes. Each cassette, with a width of max. 2800 mm, is capable of holding web-wide raw material
and automatically feeding it to the main machine body upon request from the machine control system.

3) 5-way carton magazines

5 carton magazines ensure the provision and feeding of the raw cardboard to the processing machine. Stacking height of continuous corrugated cardboard up to 1,500 mm is possible.

4) Control cabinet, control system, electronics:

Contains all components required to operate and control the system. Control cabinet components are based on Siemens.
