Special features:
In 2023, the kiln was completely overhauled and brought up to the latest state of the art.
The following changes were made:
- Renewal of the kiln roof: The fiber lining in the upper area was replaced with cordierite stones.
- Renewal of the burners, including new nozzles, flame tubes, and controls.
- Replacement of the media flaps; installation of servo motors on the gas and air lines in front of the burners.
- Installation of new software; the Simatec control panel was replaced – control is now exclusively via the PC.

- Replacement of the O₂ control system; installation of a Zerox probe; installation of an O₂ analyzer for O₂ correction (to improve energy efficiency by approx. 12–14%).

- The system must be dismantled, packed, and collected by the buyer independently.
