The Kiekens Dustmaster DM1200 series is designed to quickly and effectively extract (fine) dust.
By applying the Kiekens K-series modular concept, the Kiekens Dustmaster DM1200 series can be widely used.

The DM 1258 is designed for a variety of extraction processes, in either fixed, centralised or mobile applications, for: ƒ grinding / milling / polishing ƒ sandblasting / sanding ƒ cutting / routing ƒ packaging / mixing ƒ welding.
■ Extraction of powders, chips and fumes including: ƒ metals ƒ plastics / synthetics ƒ food / pharmaceutical ƒ rubber / leather ƒ wood ƒ others
■ A 2m or 3m extraction arm for variable extraction movement is optional.

Principle of operation and benefits: The dust-loaded air enters the Dustmaster through the Ø160mm inlet via a hose or extraction arm (optional upon request). o The elbow arrests dust movement, and the tangential inlet causes a cyclonic effect to enhance the separation of the dust from the air stream. p The heavier dust particles are separated from the air stream and collected in the oversized 120 litre dust container. The large volume enhances dust settlement and allows longer operations. q The air streams upwards towards the powerful 2.2 kW industrial fan which produces high suction performance. r The lighter dust particles are collected on the large high efficiency M class 5.8 m2 envelope (or 8.8 m2 cartridge) filter, with
