Krones Rinser

Overview

This Krones Variojet is a rotary rinser for glass bottles, built in 2007 and still running in production at a large brewery. The bottles are held in grippers on the carousel and pass three treatment stages before filling: rinsing with water, blowing out with air and gravity drainage. The machine runs at up to 48,000 bottles per hour; this output was achieved in production on the 330, 400 and 500 ml formats, while on the larger formats the filler set the line speed.

It has been run on 330, 400, 500, 580 and 650 ml glass bottles, and the change parts for these formats are included. The rinser is fully enclosed by transparent safety doors and is operated from a Krones iPanel. The universal format parts visible in the video are not included in the offer.

Condition

Used, in good condition with no known defects. The machine is still installed and in production and can be inspected in operation by arrangement. Maintenance: the drive train is overhauled every two years (last in 2025), the rinsing nozzle system every two years (last in January 2026) and the water and air distributor every two years (last in 2024); suspension and format components are inspected monthly and repaired as needed.

Available from late February / March 2027, after removal from the production line. Location: Poland.
