The booth frame is made of thick-walled 80/80/3 steel profile. The walls are made of chipboard.
The robot is mounted to the ceiling of the booth. A 200 mm diameter dust extraction pipe outlet is located on the outside of the booth.

The robot is protected from dust by a cover made of special fabric. The abrasive material is in a closed circuit. The abrasive material is drawn from a hopper located in the lower part of the booth.
The side wall has a door. The front wall has a rotating table – while the robot is sandblasting a particular item inside, the operator places the next item to be sandblasted outside the booth. There is no need to open the door to exchange the workpiece. Both the door and the rotating table are automatically locked when the robot is sandblasting. The control cabinet is located separately, away from the booth.
The booth can be easily enlarged or adapted for spray painting.
