Designed for edge-to-edge splicing of flat veneers with thicknesses from 0.3 to 1.5 mm (with possibility to splice up to 2.5 mm using an alternative glue application system). Suitable for production processes utilizing high temperatures and tensile forces, such as longitudinal profile foil wrapping or membrane press laminating. Elements are bonded using urea-based adhesive.

The glue is applied to the veneer edge in the machine using an integrated application station with a glue tank. The machine is equipped with a state-of-the-art adhesive application system for one veneer edge, consisting of a dosing roller (immersed in adhesive), an application roller, and a precise dosing system.

Air-conditioned adhesive unit – maintains constant glue temperature in the reservoir, ensuring optimal adhesive properties and preventing premature gelling or curing. This improves bonding quality, reduces glue consumption, and shortens splice processing time, especially during periods of high ambient temperatures.
