The L+M EcoCell 3.9-1200 C dust extraction system was built in February 2020 and offers a high-performance and safe solution for industrial extraction and filtration tasks. With an airflow volume of 3,000 m³/h, a power rating of 5.50 kW, and robust ATEX certification according to 2014/34/EU, the system is ideally suited for use in hazardous (explosive) environments. It features a state-of-the-art Reco RM-DPC Micro FP control unit and an FC-240 filter status display for precise system monitoring and management. For added safety, it is equipped with a PAN-705 spark detection system. Nine high-performance filter elements ensure efficient separation of dust particles. The configuration also includes a motor-driven VDL rotary airlock, a control cabinet with operator elements, and an additional separator from WESCO. This combination guarantees a reliable, safe, and durable dust extraction solution for demanding industrial applications.
