This professional vacuum mixer from the Austrian brand LASKA, with a capacity of 800 liters, is an indispensable piece of equipment for medium and large meat processing, catering, and bakery facilities. The device is equipped with two robust Z-type mixing arms (Z-Arm), which enable effortless and extremely precise mixing of even very thick and heavy fillings, meat mixtures, kebab ingredients, or doughs. The machine's construction is entirely made of stainless steel, guaranteeing the highest level of hygiene and resistance to harsh working environments.

The use of vacuum technology (NV system) during the mixing process allows for better binding of the filling structure, improves the stability of the mixture's color, and significantly extends the shelf life of the final product by eliminating air bubbles. The discharge of the finished product is carried out efficiently and safely thanks to a hydraulic or mechanical tilting system for the mixing bowl, which minimizes production downtime and facilitates cleaning of the chamber.
