For sale: a complete line for packaging panels and worktops in shrink film. This line is designed for industrial protection of products during transport and storage. The system enables efficient, consistent and aesthetically pleasing packaging of large-sized items.

The line consists of the following machines and equipment:

The line comprises the following components:
1. ELEPHANT F-250 vacuum lifting crane from 2017, with a lifting capacity of 250 kg, for manual loading of panels/worktops.
2. Belt conveyor, dimensions 3000 mm (length) x 1500 mm (width) with stepless adjustable guides for centering panels/worktops.
3. Automatic film sealer with film roll magazine feeding from both top and bottom.
4. Belt conveyor, 6000 mm (length) x 1500 mm (width), transporting panels/worktops to the film sealing machine.
5. Width-adjustable automatic unit, adjustable from 1500 mm to 150 mm, sealing and trimming the film on the edges of panels and worktops, with a crosswise belt conveyor for removing trimmed film.
6. Shrink tunnel, dimensions 2050 mm x 3700 mm, power requirement 55 kW.
7. Powered roller conveyor, dimensions 3000 mm (length) x 1580 mm (width), for receiving panels/worktops exiting the shrink tunnel.
8. ELEPHANT F-250 vacuum unloading crane from 2017, with a lifting capacity of 250 kg, for manual unloading of panels/worktops from the line and stacking them on pallets.

• Maximum width: 1300 mm
• Minimum width: 200 mm

Additional information:

The line allows efficient packaging of large wooden components, worktops and furniture panels in shrink film, ensuring effective protection against mechanical damage, moisture and contamination during transport.

The use of a 55 kW shrink tunnel ensures uniform film shrinkage and an attractive final appearance. Adjustable working width enables quick adaptation of the machine to different product formats.

An ideal solution for production plants manufacturing worktops, furniture panels and wooden elements that require secure packaging prior to shipment.

The machine is in good technical condition, complete and ready for operation.

The offered machine is part of a fully integrated, industrial line for the production of panels using the finger-joint technology. Additional machines or full production lines can be purchased as well.
