Its construction entirely from high-quality stainless steel guarantees complete microbiological and chemical neutrality – the tank does not react with products with low pH (acidic reaction of sauces) and does not affect the organoleptic properties of the ingredients. The design parameters allow for safe operation with media at temperatures up to 50 °C, which enables the acceptance of products directly after pasteurization, blending, or emulsification processes.
