Made of acid-resistant stainless steel, it guarantees chemical neutrality – it does not affect the taste, smell, or physicochemical properties of the stored food emulsions. The tank is designed to operate at elevated temperatures (up to 50 °C), which allows for receiving and maintaining products in a liquid state directly after thermal processes or pasteurization.
