Work cycle:
The operator manually hands the covering material to a gluing device in which the animal glue is automatically applied (working temperature 60-70’C).
The covering material sheet with the glue applied, the operator places it manually on the stage, then manually adds the cardboard and joint board sheets.
The operator prepares the pre-prepared cover manually to the device in which the top and bottom of the covering material are wrapped up and glued (patented brush system).
During the sizing operation, the cover is pressed through the arrangement of the guide rollers.
Covers leaving the device are immediately suitable for further processing

– A gluing machine applying glue to the top of the sheet

– fixing elements for covering material and cardboard
– a module for wrapping the cover
– receiving table
