Use
The return conveyor enables single-sided edging machines to be operated by one person.
Function
The workpieces transported through the machine are taken over by a driven chain unloader supported by a driven roller and placed on an air cushion table.
With a pusher and the slanted position of the air cushion table, the workpiece slides out onto a driven return conveyor belt with a belt width of 800 mm and a frame width of 900 mm. There is an undriven roller conveyor in the extension of the belt.
Design
At the base machine's output, there is a driven chain discharger with a driven roller, an air table with a pusher, a driven return conveyor belt ZFB 05 with a belt width of 800 mm, a frame width of 900 mm, and an undriven roller conveyor with a length of 2000 mm.
