"The 8835 is a roller bender designed for manufacturing small-radius fins and reflectors, meeting the requirements of the latest small-diameter fluorescent tubes. The machine features three individually driven lower rollers to minimize production time. All rollers run in adjustable support bearings to allow easy adjustment for materials of varying hardness and thickness. Deflection of the upper roller is compensated for by a crossbar, which tilts to create clearance for the bent part. All rollers are hardened, chrome-plated, and have polished surfaces to prevent marking. The control system allows for programming both constant radius and parabolic shapes, with storage capacity for up to 100 programs."
