Lutetia Baratte T4

Lutetia T4 Tumbler

The Lutetia T4 Tumbler provides an efficient solution for workshops seeking a machine capable of handling large volumes while maintaining highly consistent marination results. With its capacity ranging from 1,600 to 2,000 kg, it meets the needs of continuous production environments that require precise cycle control. The vacuum rotating drum enhances ingredient absorption, optimizing tenderness, texture, and product color. As a result, each batch achieves greater uniformity, facilitating recipe standardization and better yield management.

The drum design and internal geometry ensure a smooth product flow. This progressive movement minimizes impact, limits heat buildup, and guarantees even brine distribution. Easy access for loading and front-mouth unloading streamlines product handling, improving overall throughput and reducing downtime. In addition, the food-grade stainless-steel build ensures longevity and excellent resistance to frequent cleaning. Simple maintenance further boosts machine uptime and secures production.

The T4 Tumbler also stands out thanks to its 3,250-liter net volume, which provides ample working space for efficient tumbling and consistent massaging of products. With its well-balanced dimensions and a weight of 1,300 kg, the T4 integrates easily into a range of industrial settings. It thus becomes a reliable solution for facilities requiring robust, precise, and user-friendly equipment with enhanced quality control at every cycle.
