Latest model, book on demand, inline endsheet tipper for MM Vareo lines, to process all types of book blocks.
Either EVA or PUR can be applied to the side of the book block using nozzles, from thread-sewn blocks to single-sheet stacks that are not pre-glued.
Process:
High degree of automation allows for making changes to the physical aspects and content of each individual product for complete variability.
When products are fed into the fully thickness-variable VBA, the thickness of the book block is measured and the barcode is read.
The amount of the space between the endsheet fold and the book spine can be adjusted automatically so the endsheet does not have to be milled later on.
Can be used to process all types of book blocks, with either EVA or PUR glue, then the front and back endsheets are attached.
