Description:
Automatic film welding machine with downstream shrink tunnel. Can be used for all products that can be fed via the discharge table, e.g. wood briquettes.
The machine is equipped with a conveyor belt to transport the packages through the shrink tunnel. The throughput time through the tunnel can be adjusted depending on the film thickness. The motor drive of the film rolls doses exactly the length of film required for the respective package.

Work flow:
The briquettes are placed manually on the table in the adjustable discharge frame. The two-hand operation triggers the discharge of the briquettes into the film curtain and the subsequent separation and sealing process.

The package, now loosely wrapped in film, is picked up by the conveyor belt of the shrink tunnel and transported through the shrink tunnel. The film fits tightly to the contours of the package.
After the now film-wrapped package has left the shrink tunnel, it should be left to cool for a while on an additional roller conveyor (see offer) so that the film hardens. The package can then be placed/stacked on a pallet.
