1) Bale shredder MHB:

Suitable for round or rectangular bales.
Includes a frequency inverter (FU) - this regulates the speed of the scraper bed.

The bales are placed on the scraper bed and the feed of the shredder is activated. The shredder's tines tear the straw from the bale and fling it into the hopper. Ideally, the combination of a bale shredder and a straw shredder offers the best solution.

up to a maximum of 600 kg per hour (depending on the sieve size used in the straw mill, kW number of the straw mill). Without a straw mill, the bale shredder can process up to a maximum of 900 kg/h of straw.

Description:
The muetek bale shredder has been developed for shredding round and rectangular bales of hay and straw. The shredder attached to the bale shredder shreds straw from all types of cereals, hay, corn and miscanthus. The muetek machines of the MHZ / MHB series are characterized by a robust construction and solid design.

The muetek bale shredders of the MHB series are equipped with a chain conveyor, on which the straw bale is placed with a front loader. The support is adjustable depending on the type of bale.

The chain conveyor presses the bale against the shredder rotor, and the feed speed is adjustable. The shredder rotor is equipped with several teeth, which tear open the straw bale. The straw separated from the bale is ejected.
