1) Bale Shredder MHB:

Suitable for round or rectangular bales.
Includes a frequency converter (FU) – this regulates the speed of the shredding floor.

The bales are placed on the shredding floor, and the feed of the shredder is activated. The tines of the shredder tear the straw from the bale and fling it into the hopper. Ideally, the combination of bale shredder and straw shredder is recommended here.

up to a maximum of 600 kg per hour (depending on the screen size used in the straw mill, kW, number of straw mill). Without a straw mill, the bale shredder can even process up to a maximum of 900 kg/h of straw.

Description:
The muetek bale shredder was developed for shredding round and rectangular bales of hay and straw. The shredder flanged onto the bale shredder shreds straw from all types of cereals, hay, corn, and miscanthus. The muetek machines in the MHZ/MHB series are characterized by their robust construction and solid design.

muetek bale shredders in the MHB series are equipped with a chain conveyor, onto which the straw bale is placed using a front loader. The support is adjustable depending on the type of bale.

The chain conveyor presses the bale against the shredding rotor; the feed speed is adjustable. The shredding rotor is equipped with several tines that tear open the straw bale. The straw separated from the bale is discharged.
