Industrial Green Bean Topper – Stainless Steel

Industrial green bean topper, designed for the automatic removal of the ends or tips of the beans prior to subsequent stages of cutting, washing, cooking, freezing, or packaging.

The equipment uses a rotating, perforated drum system to perform the topping continuously, facilitating uniform product preparation and significantly reducing manual intervention.

Its construction, primarily in stainless steel, and its design for continuous operation make it particularly suitable for canning companies, frozen vegetable plants, and industrial green bean processing lines.

PROCESS

The machine is designed to automatically top green beans using a rotating drum system.

The product is continuously fed into the drum and advances as it rotates inside. During this process, the ends of the beans are exposed to the cutting system, allowing the tips to be removed automatically.

Once processed, the beans are continuously discharged to move directly to the next stage of production.

It can be integrated with:

Feeding systems
Vegetable washers
Conveyors and elevators
Green bean cutters
Inspection and sorting tables
Blanchers and cookers
Cooling systems
IQF freezing tunnels
Fillers and packaging machines

APPLICATIONS

Especially suitable for canning industries, vegetable processors, frozen green bean manufacturers, and fruit and vegetable processing plants that need to automate product preparation.

Its continuous processing using a rotating drum and stainless steel construction provides an industrial solution for green bean processing lines intended for canning, freezing, or subsequent processing.

Machine available for inspection.
