Immersion coolers are designed for the cooling of water, oil, and emulsions. The plug-and-play immersion coolers are ready for installation and suitable for integration into various machine layouts.
A stirrer ensures uniform medium temperature in the Gamma immersion cooler model. Easy cleaning is facilitated by crane eyes on the cooling unit.
The HYFRA Gamma series models are designed as immersion coolers for cooling water, oil, and emulsions. The plug-and-play immersion coolers are ready for installation and can be used with a footprint of just 0.5 m². This makes them ideal for integration into different machine layouts.
Thanks to their compact design, cooling capacities of up to 28 kW are possible with only 0.5 m² of floor space. This results in significant flexibility advantages in production floor planning and a marked increase in productivity, as more machines can be accommodated. In the compact models of our immersion coolers, the condenser is installed horizontally. Due to this design, the coolers generate considerably less waste heat. Internal components remain unaffected by residual heat.
A robust stirrer ensures uniform medium temperature in the lubricant tank in all immersion cooler models of the series. The HYFRA Gamma series can be easily removed from the tank for regular cleaning using the fixed crane eyes.

In immersion coolers, the evaporator is immersed directly into the cooling medium. The liquid is held in a tank and is agitated vigorously and continuously for efficient cooling. Powerful stirrers support this process.

Immersion coolers with modern controls and extensive features
Depending on the required cooling capacity, HYFRA Gamma immersion coolers are equipped with either FreeSmart or FreeAdvanced control systems. The combination of FreeAdvanced control and a touch panel provides a structured overview and allows real-time monitoring of relevant parameters. Both freely programmable controllers come with multiple digital and analog inputs and outputs. The FreeAdvanced controller also features a full-text display and supports Modbus-TCP.
