The wash chamber is accessed via a sturdy hinged door and is constructed from 316 stainless steel, featuring a hygienic design.

The combination of specially developed variable-power spray technologies enables the washer to deliver high-energy cleaning cycles alongside an energy-efficient rinsing process, easily selectable via simple recipe selection.

Description
SteriWasher™ parts washers utilize both proven and innovative technologies to provide an environmentally friendly cleaning solution with low water and energy consumption. They are suitable for production and research environments and can handle equipment ranging from critical small parts and tools to large mixers, drums, and containers.

The product range is available with chamber sizes from 0.6 m x 0.6 m x 0.6 m up to the largest at 1.5 m x 1.5 m x 1.5 m. Customized variants with bespoke chamber sizes are also available to meet your requirements.

The washers are fitted with crevice-free inserts and feature an airtight, leak-proof inflatable door seal for the complete unit and wash chamber. They come with standard or custom racks, with individually validated cleaning positions. These racks are removable and can be loaded onto mobile carts for easy loading and unloading. Models are available in single-door or double-door configurations for pass-through requirements. Washers are offered in single-door, straight double-door, or 90-degree double-door pass-through versions and are manufactured from 316 stainless steel to cGMP, EHEDG, ASME BPE, and GAMP standards, making them ideal for your wash area or cleanrooms.
