The machine was in two-shift operation without problems until the end of 2025. It is still located at the plant and can be put into operation immediately. It was regularly inspected by external specialist companies, and recommended maintenance was carried out annually.

Most recently, the chains of the SPO were replaced, as well as new anilox rollers and rubber rollers installed; 2 anilox rollers were overhauled (not installed). The machine has been repeatedly upgraded with PIPs (e.g., Centerline II), and both the flexo unit and the die-cutter unit have been converted to frequency-controlled drives. Both feeders are supplied by a single vacuum pump; an overhauled claw vacuum pump is also available. Maintenance and general repairs were carried out by the facility’s own maintenance team (see also spare parts stock).

The machine should be able to be powered up and test run without any further preparations.

A very extensive stock of unused original spare parts can be purchased as well, along with refurbished spare parts and accessories – ensuring long-term operability and functionality!

Available following decommissioning from a medium-sized packaging plant – manufacturer: WP – packaging with multi-color printing and gluing capabilities
