Advanced Automation & Control Systems
Each filling station uses an individual load cell to measure and control product dose in real time. The system runs at atmospheric pressure with contactless nozzles to reduce cross-contamination risks and mechanical wear. Typical features include recipe selection for bottle formats and targets, automatic tare, drift compensation, and out-of-tolerance detection with reject signaling. A modern control panel with clear operator interface supports production counters, alarms, and changeover guidance. The electrical cabinet is designed for industrial duty and can be configured to common plant standards; integration with line controls and upstream/downstream interlocks is supported. Safety features include interlocked access doors, emergency stops, and jam diagnostics.

Production Line Integration Capabilities
This monoblock integrates seamlessly into complete lines alongside rinsing, labeling, coding, case packing, and palletizing systems. It is suitable for both new installations and upgrades where it must connect to an existing used bottling line or second hand equipment. Quick-change format parts support fast shifts among the available bottle sizes, while the cap feeder and 6-head press-on capper are tuned for 28–30 mm closures. The weight-filling architecture is versatile for oil applications and maintains accuracy across minor density or temperature changes. The machine communicates effectively with upstream rinsers and downstream labeling machines common in beverage production and food-grade industrial packaging environments.

Machine Condition & Maintenance History
The machine is in NEW condition and ready for commissioning. It is supplied with manuals to support installation, operation, and preventive maintenance. Wear components are designed for straightforward access, and the contactless, gravity-based design minimizes mechanical complexity. A recommended spare parts list can be...
