This professional smoking and steaming cart with a Type Z design is an indispensable piece of equipment for any modern meat processing plant, butcher shop, smokehouse, or poultry processing facility. It is used for hanging, transporting, and thermally treating (smoking, steaming, drying, and maturing) sausages, hams, and other processed meat products placed on smoking sticks.
