A fully operational metal processing company is for sale, complete with all production equipment, a customer base, and ongoing orders.

This is more than just a sale of equipment – it’s the transfer of a thriving business with a current workforce of 6 employees. Production is uninterrupted; the company fulfills existing orders, operates on a subcontracting basis, and has secured future contracts through won tenders.

The company boasts a modern equipment park, mostly from 2024-2026, allowing it to perform the entire main cycle of sheet metal processing: laser cutting of sheets and tubes, bending, laser and conventional welding, grinding, and other metal processing operations.

Included with the company:

The entire operational company is for sale, including production equipment, an existing customer base, ongoing projects and orders, won tenders, subcontracting activities, a team of 6 employees, metal stock, transportation, and other equipment and tools necessary for production.

This is an opportunity to take over an already functioning metal processing company and continue production immediately, without the need to build a production base and assemble equipment from scratch.

We will provide more information about the company, equipment, and sale conditions upon request.

The company and the operational production can be viewed in advance by appointment.

I have not specifically mentioned the company name, location, and sale price here – it is quite logical in this type of advertisement to reveal some information only to a serious buyer. Once we have the exact names/models of the laser manufacturers and the parameters of the LEMANS press, we can further refine the technical details.
