MALAMAN C.T.C. EDDY CURRENT

1. Eddy current separator, our type IS 2R 750, having:
• - Working width: 750mm;
• - Magnetic Rotor with 20 magnetic poles;
• - Magnetic field made by Neodymium N45 magnets, stronger than the standard ones (N35);
• - Belt made in pvc green, double ply, with n.2 strips mm 10 x 10 x 750;

• - Dielectric Cylinder covered by our epoxydic mixture;
• - N°2 vertical roller will keep the belt centered
• - Gearmotor W75 type, 1.5 kw for the belt + 4 kw for the magnetic rotor;
• - Complete frame: chassis + basic frame and discharge cap with installed one splitter (adjustable in 3 directions);
• - N°4 Vibrostop installed under each machine legs (Total 16 vs);

2. Electric control panel (Loc/Rem Control) built in waterproof box (IP55), and characterized by:
-Double door, external plexiglass + internal steel;
-Power inverter (1 to control the magnetic rotor + 1 for the conveyor belt); o
-Pctivation Relay for the vibro-feeder;
-Touch Panel, installed on the second door, characterized by:
➢ 4Gb Internal memory; ➢ Sim data Slot;
➢ Ethernet port;

3. Vibro-feeder, our type C.V. 70.150, having:
• - Size: width 700 x length 1.500 mm
• - Table with adjustable inclination, range 5°÷7°;
• - Basic frame to be fixed on the ground;
• - N°2 synchronized vibrating motors, using the dual motor principle, 900 watt/each;
• - Wiring in electrical junction box, installed directly on to the machine.

The equipment was purchased at the end of 2021 directly from the Italian manufacturer MALAMAN C.T.C. which also installed it in our factory.

The equipment works perfectly and can be tested at any time in our factory. Upon request, we can also provide installation + commissioning at the buyer's location.
