MANZINI TE30 single-stage turbo pulper, designed for the continuous refining, screening, and separation of pulps, purees, and processed food products, separating the usable fraction from skins, seeds, fibers, and other solid residues.

Manufactured by MANZINI, the TE30 uses a high-speed rotary system that drives the product against a perforated sieve or screen, allowing for the production of a refined and homogeneous fraction for subsequent processing stages.

Its industrial construction in stainless steel, drive by a large electric motor, and continuous operation make it especially suitable for tomato, fruit, and vegetable processing lines.

PROCESS

The previously crushed or prepared product is continuously fed into the MANZINI TE30.

Inside, the rotary system drives the product against the screen. The pulp, puree, or refined fraction passes through the perforations, while skins, seeds, fibers, and other larger particles are retained and conveyed to a separate discharge.

The equipment can be used for the following operations:
