The Marel Compact Grader CG 60 2 is ideally suited for the sorting and grading of products in small to medium-sized production environments. This versatile grading system offers multiple sorting functions including sorting by weight, sorting by piece count, sorting by total batch weight, and sorting by both total weight and piece count.
The grader can handle products up to 400 mm in length and 250 mm in width. This robust grading machine significantly improves production efficiency, yield optimization, and overall profitability.
The CG 60 is suitable for sorting both fresh and frozen products including whole chickens, front halves, saddles, butterfly cuts, split breasts, whole legs, thighs, drumsticks, whole wings, breast fillets, leg meat, and thigh fillets.
