Very well-preserved MAYER PS 9 Z panel saw, upgraded in 2013 (new PC, new PLC, new software, new control panel)

- Feed speed continuously adjustable from 5 - 70 m/min, return 80 m/min.
- Dust channel for connection to extraction system
- Pressure beam with central suction pipe
- Automatic cutting length adjustment via sensor technology
- Saw carriage runs on hardened and ground round guides. The drive is via rack and pinion (no chain), ensuring uniform feed and enabling high travel speeds.
- Quick-release device for main and scoring saw
- Saw hood interlock and louvered safety guard on the pressure beam
- Recesses for package clamp in the pressure beam to enable complete cutting of panels without offcuts
- Automatic cutting height adjustment (2 stages)
