The MECNOSUD SPRS250 is a large-capacity, self-tilting spiral dough mixer designed for bakeries, pastry shops, and production units that need to prepare up to 250 kg of dough per cycle. Its fixed 390-liter bowl can hold up to 166 kg of flour. This SPRS version is equipped with a hydraulic tilting mechanism that allows the dough to be discharged at height directly into the hopper of a divider or other production equipment.

A mixer designed for large-scale production
The SPRS250 combines a two-speed spiral, an independently motorized bowl, and two electronic timers. The operator can thus program the two phases of kneading separately, with an automatic transition from the first to the second speed. This arrangement facilitates the repeatability of recipes and limits interventions during the cycle.
