MERCEDES-BENZ 1223 L Atego TISCHER Schiebeplateau Kran Brille

German vehicle, recently in service, deregistered 06/2026.

For many years, it was personally driven by the owner of a small business.

It can and does pretty much everything that was feasible in the 12-ton class at the time.

TISCHER sliding platform BAVARIA 4000.

Platform length: 6.00 m, of which approximately 5.50 m is usable.

Platform width: 2.52 m, of which approximately 2.35 m is usable as a flat surface.

Platform height in driving condition approximately 1.20 m.

Winch: SUPERWINCH H8G, can be moved laterally, all functions controlled by remote control. 3630 kg pulling force. Year of manufacture 2014.

Tow hitch / towing eye TISCHER for passenger cars.

Crane: HMF 1112 T4 from 2001 with 4010 kg lifting capacity at 2.7 m and 970 kg lifting capacity at 9.9 m (complete load chart can be found in the vehicle photos).

Accessories: Lifting equipment and heavy "gallows" with hydraulic adjustment cylinder for free-floating load balancing, wheel chocks, wooden planks, shovel/broom.

2 auxiliary start sockets (each for 12 volts and 24 volts).

Several plastic storage boxes.

Chassis: Mercedes Atego 1223 L.

4760 mm wheelbase.

Front leaf and rear air suspension, raise/lower function.

Large RINGFEDER pintle hitch with air connections and 16000 kg trailer load capacity for turntables or 13000 kg trailer load capacity for tandem trailers.

Ball hitch with a maximum of 3500 kg trailer load capacity.

Traction chains can be engaged as an aid for starting in winter (RUD).

6-cylinder in-line diesel engine OM906LA with 231 hp, Euro 3, starts and runs perfectly.

6-speed manual transmission.

Fast axle ratio 119 km/h (it is VERY fast).

3 seats.

Air conditioning.

Radio, CB radio, telephone preparation.

Rear view camera with monitor.

Hydraulically tilting short cab (S-cab with extended rear wall).

Registered as a "truck for vehicle transport".

Entry in the registration documents: "The vehicle is suitable as a breakdown assistance vehicle within the meaning of §52(4)No.2 StVZO".

Overall vehicle dimensions: Length: 9.05 m, Width 2.55 m, Height 3.30 m.

Unladen weight according to vehicle documents 9390 kg, it weighs so much because the truck is extremely robustly built in solid TISCHER quality.

Permissible total weight: 11990 kg.

Therefore, the payload is 2600 kg.

The truck runs very well and it is enjoyable to drive. The chassis is very clean. There is some rust on the cab. The windshield has a small crack at the bottom. The Atego has a valid TÜV (technical inspection) until 02/2027 (according to the registration certificate) and emission test until 08/2026 (according to the inspection sticker on the back of the cab), however, the necessary documents for re-registration are missing, and due to the closure of the last owner's business, it is not possible to obtain these documents as duplicates.

The registration documents I and II are of course original and immediately available.

There are 2 original Mercedes main keys, both keyed alike for both doors and the ignition lock.

Some old documents such as spare parts lists from Tischer and a second remote control for the winch are still available and will be given to the buyer.

The Atego was used as a recovery vehicle / tow truck until recently.

2 complete spare wheels as shown are also included.

The Atego also has an air horn with chrome trumpets, which sounds very impressive.

2 new batteries were installed in 2026.

The 1223 L is immediately available.
