Superstructure suitable for cleaning waste containers MGB 80-1,300 liters; containers: made of stainless steel 1.4301, thickness 3 mm, box-shaped, 3-cell, 3x manholes DN500 on the container top for each chamber; container volume: approx. 8000 liters of fresh water, approx. 8000 liters of dirty water and approx. 1200 liters for solids; cleaning compartment with corrosion protection; separate hot water tank approx. 250 liters mounted between the cab and the tank container and is filled via a feed pump from the fresh water tank, the automatically controlled heating system (Eberspächer auxiliary heater 25 kW) heats the washing water to approx. 45-50°; high-pressure pump: Uraca (approx. 120 l/min at 80-100 bar); pressure connection with shut-off valve and 4 m HD hose, spray gun with holder; hydraulically driven submersible pump for filling the service water chamber; control box mounted at the rear of the superstructure; tool box on the side of the chassis made of stainless steel; 2x work lights at the rear.

Functional description:
For cleaning, the dirty container is swung into the cleaning compartment at the rear of the vehicle. The stainless steel high-pressure washing heads move into the container and are supplied with pressurized water. The container is cleaned fully automatically by two robotic arms with washing nozzles that rotate around 2 axes, thus ensuring an even distribution of the water jets on the interior surface of the container to be cleaned. The impulse is generated by end limit switches on the lifter. The cleaning duration can be adjusted variably depending on the degree of soiling. The dirty water is pumped from the solids chamber into the dirty water tanks. Waste residues are emptied via the pneumatically operated flap at the bottom of the solids chamber. The cleaning of the dirty water tank and the collection box is carried out automatically via flat jet nozzles.
