4-IN-1 TECHNOLOGY: MAXIMUM VERSATILITY
A single, compact, mobile, and plug&play system, designed to perform:

-Manual laser welding: Up to 4mm on carbon steel/stainless steel and 3mm on aluminum, with or without wire feed.

-Laser cleaning: Rapid removal of rust, paints, oils, and oxides.

-Laser cutting: Precision cutting of sheet metal with limited thickness.

-Weld bead cleaning: Aesthetic finishing and passivation of the weld bead after processing.

ADVANCED SAFETY AND COMPLIANCE WITH EUROPEAN DIRECTIVES
The machine has been configured to meet the most stringent European industrial safety standards. It is equipped with:

Dual-channel safety interlocks to ensure redundancy and maximum reliability of the laser emission locking systems.

Dedicated safety interlock switch, designed to be directly connected to a control cabinet or a protective welding curtain. This ensures that the laser cannot be activated if the perimeter barriers are not secured.

Contact interlock on the ground clamp and Category 0 emergency stop button.
