These Culimix mixing and cooking kettles are essential in large-scale kitchens, catering operations, and large restaurants. This set is designed for the rapid preparation of large quantities of sauces, soups, jams, creams, chocolate, and other dishes.
The set consists of two Culino 120 L double-jacketed cooking kettles (water-filled jacket) equipped with the Culimix mixing system. The agitator can be installed in either of the two kettles.
The mixing system can be programmed, with both the mixing direction and speed continuously adjustable. The user-friendly digital control allows you to conveniently set the cooking time and temperature.
The cooking kettles are electrically tiltable, enabling quick and easy emptying of the product.
The kettles are equipped with an external cooling system for very rapid cooling of the prepared product.
The kettles are entirely manufactured from stainless steel.
