MHG Rotary Table Indexing / Sandblasting System "SMG 260"
with 6 nozzles and Siemens CNC control unit. It consists of three units: the rotary table system with Siemens CNC control, an "Abrasive Recovery System RGWS 510" (cyclone extraction / separation of waste and reusable abrasive for recycling), and a large "DUST-EX 3003 4.0kW dust extraction unit" (filter housing / cabinet with exhaust air connection).

Year of manufacture: 2003. The machine was operated "occasionally" in my neighborhood until about a year ago. I acquired it intending to glass bead blast stainless steel components (about 100 pieces/day) for a customer. However, I did not get the order, so the machine has been idle since.

The buyer is responsible for collection and transportation; pick-up and logistics must be organized by the purchaser. Very little on-site assistance will be available. My forklift is out of order. At least two pallet trucks are necessary, and a 7.5t flatbed or box truck with tail lift (the heaviest part, the main system, weighs approx. 900kg, dimensions ca. 1500x1600x2500mm; the other two units are lighter, approx. 250kg each, dimensions ca. 3000x1500x1500mm each on a long pallet) will be required.

The system was configured for a customer in Siegen; a comprehensive manual and description for this specific configuration is available.
