Used, well-maintained transfer machine / rotary indexing table machine / dial-type machine MIKRON MULTISTAR CX 24

The following modifications have been carried out on the system:

Machine:
- All motor cables replaced.
- All sensor cables replaced.
- PLC program adapted to enable and disable collets.
Cedpfx Afsyk Hrasljpw
- Converted to Knoll coolant system.
- Wiring diagram manually modified.
- Frequency inverter replaced.
- Part selector installed on the machine, including oil pump for oil return.

Saw:
- Saw control converted to Mitsubishi i-QR control system.
- Complete electronics of the saw renewed.
- Saw fully mechanically overhauled.

Accessories:
- 1 x loading station (brass D = 3.9 mm)
- 1 x unloading station
- 1 x part selector (8-position, see picture)
- 1 x lateral drilling unit
- 1 x rotary straightening device (fully newly mounted October 2023)
- 1 x feed / saw unit (control and inverter overhauled in 2021)
- 1 x pneumatic loader (via feed tube)
- 1 x chip conveyor with dirty water pump (without chip trolley)
- 1 x KNOLL coolant system (2,000 liters) with drum screen filter, wash pump, and vacuum pump, including low-pressure pump (5 bar) and high-pressure pump (60 bar)

The machine has been operated with cutting oil.
