The machine is being sold due to business closure and is a rare find on the used market: according to the meter reading, the machine has only printed a total of 41 m².

You will receive a system in new condition at a fair used price. The machine has been meticulously maintained and was continuously connected to the power supply to ensure proper execution of the automatic maintenance and circulation cycles (preventing nozzle failures).

Why proper pretreatment is so important in UV printing:
A crucial factor in professional UV printing is the permanent adhesion of the color to challenging materials such as glass, metal, ceramics, or smooth plastics. Without special pretreatment, the ink can easily flake or scratch off. This is where the Pyrosil system (flaming unit) included in this offer comes into play: it creates an ultra-thin, invisible adhesive layer through silicidation and alters the surface tension. The result is an extreme, dishwasher-safe, and scratch-resistant bond between the material and the ink – absolutely essential for the professional and durable finishing of promotional items!
