MKN Eco Control

This is an 115-liter electric braising pan, MAGNUM 3/1 GN, from the premium manufacturer MKN, type Optima 850. The braising pan is a multi-functional device for poaching, boiling, simmering, stewing, and frying. It is emptied via a safety drain valve on the front. The device has been inspected in our in-house workshop and is fully functional. The braising pan has been completely refurbished and is in excellent condition.
