For sale is a complete, modular National Instruments test and measurement system based on the PXI Express platform.

The system was configured for research and development applications, automated electronics testing, multi-channel data acquisition, industrial camera support, data logging, temperature, vibration, and analog signal measurements, and the execution of tasks based on an FPGA.

The main components of the system are:
National Instruments PXIe-1085 – an 18-slot 3U PXI Express chassis with a system throughput of up to 24 GB/s,
National Instruments PXIe-8880 – an embedded PXI Express controller with a 64-bit Windows 7 operating system,
2 × 8 GB RAM expansion modules for the PXIe-8880 controller,
6 × National Instruments PXIe-8234 – dual-port GigE Vision modules for image acquisition from industrial cameras,
National Instruments PXIe-4499 – a 16-channel, 24-bit module for sound and vibration measurements, 204.8 kS/s, with IEPE and TEDS support,
a complete set of two InfiniBand–BNC cables for the PXIe-4499 module,
National Instruments PXIe-4357 – a 20-channel, 24-bit temperature measurement module for RTD sensors,
National Instruments TB-4357 – a connection block for the PXIe-4357,
National Instruments HDD-8261 – a 6-drive, high-speed SSD data storage module with a total capacity of 2.9 TB in the original configuration,
National Instruments PXIe-7846R – a reconfigurable input/output module with a Kintex-7 160T FPGA, equipped with 8 analog inputs, 8 analog outputs, and 48 digital I/O lines,
National Instruments SCB-68A – a shielded connection block,
a shielded 68-pin connection block for R Series DIO and HSDIO devices,
a 2 m SHC68-68-RMIO cable,
a 2 m shielded R Series High Speed Digital Cable,
a power cable.

The system enables the creation of comprehensive setups for:
automated electronics testing,
multi-channel data acquisition and analysis,
machine vision systems and support for multiple GigE Vision cameras,
quality control and industrial inspection,
sound and vibration measurements,
temperature measurements using RTD sensors,
fast storage of large amounts of data,
real-time signal control and processing,

The devices were purchased as part of a single, complete National Instruments system. The original purchase documentation is available for review.

The system was used in research and development activities related to electronics, vision systems, metrology, and automation.

The original configuration also included NI Vision Acquisition Software and a LabVIEW Real-Time Deployment License. The license can be transferred to a new user.
