2 high-performance impeller wheels, Ø380, 11 kW each. Our impeller wheel is characterized by its high flexibility due to its ability to rotate both clockwise and counterclockwise. Our two-disc turbine ensures a stronger, more concentrated hot spot and more efficient blasting. Replacing the 8 impeller blades and the internal lining is easy and can be done without special tools or the need to disassemble the turbine wheel. All wear parts are made of high-quality materials for a long service life. A mechanical pre-acceleration of the abrasive ensures optimal utilization of the energy used. It also forms the heart of the blasting system: the efficiency and economy of the blasting system are decisively influenced by the efficiency of the impeller wheel. The impeller wheel is directly driven and, depending on the diameter, is equipped with 4-8 blades (Ø240, 4 pieces; Ø380-500, 8 pieces).
