OMEGA CONTAINERS has been active on the market since January 2017. We specialize in the comprehensive production of office, welfare, residential, and technical containers. We provide professional service from planning and production to transport and installation. OMEGA containers are constructed with a robust steel frame, which allows modules to be transported frequently or moved by crane without risk of damage.

Steel Construction
Manufactured from 3 mm thick open steel profiles reinforced with 5 mm thick steel plates. The surface is coated with epoxy primer and finished with polyurethane paint. Color selection in line with RAL color charts.

Roof:
Steel construction filled with sandwich panels with a 100 mm thick polystyrene or PUR foam core. The roof is fully sealed with 1 mm thick galvanized sheet metal.

Walls:
Made from sandwich panels with a 100 mm polystyrene core or PUR foam. The exterior cladding is sheet metal in silver, white, or graphite. The interior finish is white sheet metal.

Flooring:
Made from tightly welded steel profiles. Moisture barrier: trapezoidal sheet T-14. 100 mm mineral wool insulation. 25 mm OSB board. Finished with an industrial PVC covering with increased abrasion resistance and cover trim.

Fittings:
- Hinged door 900 mm x 2000 mm, white or anthracite
- Turn/tilt window 1200 mm x 1200 mm
- External roller shutter

Electrical installation:
1x Distribution box – RCD + fuses; Earth leakage circuit breaker + fuses
1x 32A 5P power connection
1x External plug 32A 5P
