OMEGA CONTAINERS has been active in the market since January 2017. We specialize in the complex production of office, welfare, living, and technical containers. We offer professional services ranging from planning and production to transport and installation. OMEGA containers are built on a solid steel frame, which allows the modules to be transported or moved with a crane without risk of damage. It is possible to transport the container multiple times.
If required, we also build containers with structural calculations and specified documentation, as well as technical planning.
The specific standard dimensions of our container:

We also manufacture custom containers that are perfectly adapted to the customer's requirements.

Steel construction:
It consists of 3 mm thick open steel profiles with 5 mm thick sheet metal reinforcements.
The surface is coated with an epoxy primer and painted with polyurethane paint.
Color selection based on RAL color palettes.

Roof:
It is a steel structure with sandwich panels filled with 100 mm thick PUR foam polyurethane foam.
The roof sealing consists of 1 mm thick galvanized sheet metal over the entire surface.

Walls:
Made of sandwich panel with 100 mm PUR foam polyurethane foam.
The exterior facade is made of sheet metal in silver, white, or graphite.
The interior facade is made of sheet metal in white.

Flooring:
Made of tightly welded steel profiles.
The sealing consists of trapezoidal sheet metal t-14.
Insulation made of 100 mm pressed wool.
Floor 25 mm OSB.
Finished with an industrial PVC lining with increased abrasion resistance + cover sheet.

Fittings:
- 1 piece - 900mm x 2000mm sheet metal door, in white or anthracite.
- 3 pieces - Window 1200mm x 1200mm tilt-and-turn window
- 3 pieces – External roller shutter

Electrical installation:
